If the package lost during the delivery or some other resons cause you can not receive the package,we commit you to re-arrange the shipping till you receive it or totally refund your payment.

6. How long will the watches work properly ?

For movement, we have 2 years quality guarantee. If you have any problem with the watch and want to send it back, Please contact us before doing that, we will take care of it.

We have all the serial numbers exactly like the original as follows: serial number on the band, serial number between the lugs at 12 o’clock on the watch case(you have to take the band out to see this), model number between the lugs at 6 o’clock on the watch case(you have to take the band out to see this).
